Manager, Recruitment Strategy & Planning

Sarah began her career at Germer in August 2020 and works very closely with John and Kelly in sourcing and recruiting. She oversees the coordination of interviews and meetings between both clients and candidates. Sarah has been instrumental in creating the executive assistant’s program for Germer International.

Sarah has lived in Philadelphia her entire life and has recently this past summer, just moved to California! Although she is in a different office location, she has continued to support John in making sure he is kept updated on all of his clients. She is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Public Health. After graduating from Rutgers, she was a Patient Services Associate at Penn Medicine OBGYN/Fertility where she coordinated the intake, billing, and scheduling of all patient activities.

For fun, she enjoys hiking, yoga classes, and spending time with friends. She is also a huge dog lover and has a one year old Shih-Tzu named Cookie!
