Senior Executive Recruiting Assistant

Jessica has been with Germer since September 2021 and is a Senior Executive Recruiting Assistant. She is a part of Catherine Stier’s team and assists with sourcing and recruiting on a variety of roles in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries.

Jessica has a Master’s of Education and a Bachelor’s of Science in Early Elementary and Special Education. She applies her knowledge and skills gained from her degrees to communicate and build relationships with professionals.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys reading thrillers, traveling, coaching her local club swim team, and working out. She values quality time with her friends and family.
