Jessica Gerber

Manager, Recruiting & Project Management

Jessica is a Manager of Recruiting & Project Management at Germer International. She started with the organization in July of 2021 after graduating from Kenyon College with a B.A. degree in Political Science. In addition to her academic achievements, during her time at Kenyon, Jessica was a member of the Women’s Basketball Team and captain during the 2018-2019 season.

As a member of Les Schafer’s team, Jessica enjoys working on Regulatory, Engineering, and Quality openings, while also developing new clients. She enjoys building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with pharmaceutical professionals.

In addition to recruiting efforts, Jessica also enjoys promoting the culture of Germer International internally. This can be seen through leading of weekly company meetings.

For fun, Jessica likes to run, spend time with her puppy, Murphy, and watch Real Housewives (her favorite franchise is Miami).
