 At Germer International, Les specializes in the areas of Pharmaceutical Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Technology Transfer, Process Development, QA/QC, and Analytical Chemistry.
Les began his professional career in Construction Management after graduating with a BS in Construction Management from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. After working for a few years as a Project Engineer/Manager for well respected General Contractors in the Atlanta area, he changed direction and pursued a career as a Golf Professional in Florida and in Pennsylvania for 6 years. He then became a Consultant for Gap International and a Regional Manager in their Executive Services Department for several years before moving into a career in Recruiting.
He is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Effective Communication and Human Relations course.
