 Janeen's main areas of expertise are in Validation, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Pre-Clinical, and Information Systems for Biotech, Biopharma and Pharmaceutical. Janeen has brought new clients to Germer International in the areas of Biotech and Pharmaceutical.
Before Germer International, Janeen was a Quality Operations Manager for Football America in Columbia, MD. While managing the Athletic Bid department at Football America, she created a base of client management skills which she has developed and refined while at Germer International.
She holds dual degrees in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Maryland at College Park and Bowie State University.
