 Catherine is concentrating in the areas of R&D, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Regulatory Affairs.
She graduated from University of Delaware in May 2008 with a B.A. in English and a Minor in Journalism. During her college years, she pursued different types of volunteer work. As an Event Planner for a University organization, she helped raise over $1000 for South African children affected by HIV. She also spent a month in South Africa caring for the orphans. As an intern for the Ronald McDonald House, Catherine helped plan an event to raise money so that families of sick children would have a place to stay close to the hospital.
During her years at college, Catherine wrote articles for the student-run newspaper while working full-time in the food service industry.
